Job Description

1. Customer Support Representative
2. Receiving calls from customers based out of US
3. Solving queries and concerns on the call
4. Arranging for any service required by the Customer
5. Provide Customer with product and service information
6. Up sell Products and Services
7. Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
8. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
9. Recommend process improvements.

Job Specification:

1. Should be Customer Centric
2. Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
3. Working knowledge of Computers
4. Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
5. Should be willing to work in night shift
6. Should be open to change
7. Minimum of 18 years of age

1) B.Tech and MCA graduates are not eligible
