The TAM Technology group is responsible for the communication technologies used by sellers. This includes the CRM system used to manage seller communications along with a host of other tools that make the selling experience possible and scalable. We are focused on agile, iterative development, and deliver solutions to complex business problems on a daily basis.
The TAM Technology QA group works closely with the development groups that enhance and maintain these e-commerce systems, and the underlying services that drive them. In addition to standard functional regression testing and automation, the QA team is instrumental in identifying scaling and usability issues. It also finds opportunities for improvements in systems, tools and processes, and driving these improvements across the development groups that it works with. We are seeking talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineers to join the group. The ideal candidate would be innovative and have great problem solving and analytical skills. QAE’s regularly work with Developers, and Project Managers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, QAE’s identify use cases and create test plans, test strategies and create test cases to validate software design via manual and automated tests; these tests are applied throughout the development and launch cycles. QAE’s provide timely feedback to Developers and develop automated test scripts. May frequently work alone or in small teams, depending on the project being supported, and may be assigned to multiple projects at the same time
Requirements
· Ability to work closely with the dev team to deliver quality products
· Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
· Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and be able to synthesize the results
· Experience in working on Selenium is a plus
· Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
· Automation Experience is plus
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
· 1-3 years of QA experience
· Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools
· Ability to work closely with the dev team to deliver quality products
· Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
· Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and be able to synthesize the results
· Experience in working on Selenium is a plus
· Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
· Automation Experience is a plus . Basic Programming skills are mandatory to create Automation scripts for this position
Basic Qualifications
BS/Master degree in Computer Science and 1+ years of industry experience developing large scale distributed software systems.
- Expertise in Performance as well as Manual and Automation Testing
- Knowledge in SQL
- Maniacal customer obsession
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
