Analyst

• Analyze and reconcile data correctly for projects assigned. Identify and highlight unreasonable data and correct as necessary.
• Develop claim liability reserves through IBNR model using claims and membership data.
• Perform in-depth reasonableness analysis and confirm accuracy of assumptions.
• Document, create summary reports in order to communicate results to internal management. Archive results of each analysis performed, once complete.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform previously assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision and maintain quality and accuracy.
• To check the accuracy and reasonability of work.
• Ability to perform analysis and complete tasks, while maintaining quality of work product during extremely time sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to effectively manage team discipline, motivation and morale.
• Maintain the integrity amongst the team members.
• Perform ah-hoc research and development requests as required.
