Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities inline with customer demands in co-ordination with PPC.
- Planning of all necessary resources inline with 1 above.
- Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
- Ensuring plant efficiency & plant recovery targets.
- Deployment of all Lean Manufacturing activities inline with corporate and unit level targets.
- Deployment & ensuring adherence to all Quality Management Targets inline with corporate and unit level targets.
- Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationship across the unit.
- Competencies Required:
- Good Communication skills
- 75% + in 10th & 12th
- 75% + in B.E (Aggregate till date)
