• ourcing,intial screening & interviewing candidates through various sources like Jo.b Portals,Social Networking, Head hunting, Employee referrals, Campus placement
• Generating Offer Letter.
• Handling on-boarding process /guiding new joinee .
• Closing open positions within defined TAT.
• Will be responsible for recruiting candidates at junior level.
• Maintain recruitment tracker/MIS.
